Introducing the last taboo ... Sex + Disabilities
This really must be the last taboo, we hear about fetishes all the time and slowly people are becoming more forthcoming with their kink’s but when it comes to sex and disabilities people go quiet….hence why it’s referred to as the last taboo…
It’s nuts though really because sex is organic and one of the oldest, most practised act of all time - it's quite literally the method for which we find ourselves on earth 🌏 Yet some people still get super squeamish about it..
Not us thought! & Certainly not you if you're sitting here reading this and loving everything sex positive just as much as I am.
>>> So let me give you the quick low down ⬇️
Sex & Sexuality Education is about HEAPPPS more than using toys & what positions you like in the bedroom. We’ve come to learn it’s about a wholleeeee heck more, it relates to your preferences, your identity, your creativity and mental health. It's about the way you think about yourself, your gender identity, you sensual side, your self expression & how deeply you feel connected to your soul.
When I say I get whipped up about making Sex & Sexuality Education accessible & freely discussed for all, I totally mean it. Your mental health will thank you for it 🙏🏼
Relationship + Intimacy Support for the Disability Sector is the modern version of Sex Education you need to know about. Sure I cover the "mandatory things" such as STI's, Unplanned Pregnancies & using condoms - but my real passion is set in helping people with disabilities understand consent, safe & unsafe behaviour, how to build relationships & friendships that feel good.
To remove the taboo from this topic we must first get comfy chatting about all the sexy things - letsss do this!
