Hi, I'm Courtney.
A Former NSW Police Officer turned Relationship + Intimacy Consultant, that’s just a fancy way of saying your absolute go-to for all things sex education and advice.
It’s really hard to describe what I do when I cover sooo many things however you can be completely assured when we work together you will be guaranteed a judgement free, modern approach to intimacy and relationships unlike anything the Disability Sector has seen before.
Sounds cliche but my Vision is simple - it’s to lead the way in modernising teaching for intimacy and healthy relationships within the disability sector, to positively impact the lives of 1000 Support Service businesses and their Participants by 2033.
My mission on the other hand is to empower the disability sector with essential life skills that lead to meaningful relationships and empowered choices.
Why am I so passionate about delivering premium relationship and sex support to people within the Disability Sector? - I’m comfortable chatting about all things sex, I can’t think of anything that shocks me (years in the force will do that to a person) and I enjoy empowering other people to explore incredible ways to express themselves and find connection.
I’m a Certified Sexuality Coach & NLP Master Coach - the perfect blend of Relationship training with human behaviour and unpacking why people do the things they do. Empowering people to unlock a side of themselves they know exists but have not really been taught how to connect with is incredibly rewarding.

COACHING
Courtney offers 1:1 personalised sessions for clients who want specialised support in a non-clinical setting, these is the space to ask any and all questions about sexuality, relationships, building safe connections and being yourself when looking for love. The goal for these sessions is to empower clients to see their uniqueness and develop confidence within the realm of sexuality and romantic relationships.
WORKSHOPS
The most incredible interactive experience - gone are the days of butchers paper and boring PowerPoints, Courtney offers interactive workshops you will be begging to attend. These Workshops are designed for people interested in building their confidence to have more inclusive and empowering conversations about sex and relationships. Support Staff find these trainings to be incredibly helpful to go on and have more informed conversations with their clients.
